What is the return/exchange policy?

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of Wash ‘n Zip products as long as the product is unused and can be offered to another customer as new.  I will provide a full refund or credit of the purchase price (less the shipping fee).  Please notify Stan Pelz via phone (407-454-1167) or email (info@washnzippetbed.com).  You may return products in the same box they arrived in.  Return address is 603 E Wildmere Ave  Longwood, FL  32750.  We do not cover the cost of the shipping on the return because it would be difficult to incur that expense as a small business.
