Do we offer a warranty on our products?

Usually a defect will present itself pretty soon, so we warranty our products against defects for 90 days, but I make exceptions to that rule.  Please understand that we do not warranty against damage done by chewing since a dog’s behavior is completely out of our control and there is no fabric that is truly chew-proof.  I have never had a client report that our fabrics were compromised by dogs scratching, so they’ve proven to be quite sturdy.

We are a small family business, and I (Stan Pelz) am the one point of contact for anything Wash ‘n Zip related, so please communicate any concerns or issues you may have. I can’t stand the thought of anyone unhappy with owning one of our beds, so I’ll do what I can to ensure you don’t regret purchasing from us.
